FORMUN not only gives you this chance, but allows you to indulge your inner diplomat in four days of rigorous, mind-boggling MUNning which is bound to leave you with the experience of a lifetime.
Let us initiate this memorable journey with the basic introduction of what an MUN is. MUN stands for Model United Nations. It is an academic experience which encompasses diplomacy and debate. It compels every member, known as a delegate, to research, debate and have a dialogue a b out a certain motion. The delegates are given a country or personality to represent. The topics are given to them before-hand, which allows them ample time to understand, research and form a position on the topic. At the end of conference, the best delegates are presented with awards and every delegate leaves with a pocketful of memories and an invigorating, new experience.
FORMUN ’15 promises you this entire MUN experience, with a twist, in the form of three specialized committees. This time, FORMUN is proud to introduce the WWF committee, the ICC committee and Harry Potter Committee. This is your chance to take your passions and bring them to the table in the form of a delegate.
