REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

Kindly go through the following instructions before filling out the online registration form or before submitting any queries related to the registration process.

REGISTRATION RULES

  1. DO NOT PAY THE REGISTRATION FEES UNTIL YOU RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM THE REGISTRATIONS TEAM.
    KINDLY NOTE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE ONLY ONE DELEGATION PER BRANCH, FOR A SECOND DELEGATION WE WILL BE IN TOUCH.

2. The registration team reserves the right to reject or disqualify any team/individual.

3. If more than one team is being registered from a specific institution, then the teams should be labelled ‘A’ and the second team as ‘B’ to avoid confusion.

4. Failure to adhere to the rules of the conference can lead to disqualification. FORMUN reserves the right to reject individual candidates if they fail to comply with conference policies.

5. Late or incomplete submission of registration forms will lead to disqualification. Participants should make sure that they complete all the basic requirements on time and double check before final submission.

6. The final registration deadline for FORMUN V Phase I  closes on December 12th, 2016
After that, no individual/team will be allowed to register.

Phase II will open pending a determination if we have enough room for more Delegates

7. After confirmation of your registration, kindly make a bank draft/deposit money in the account mentioned below via a deposit slip using Method A or pay directly using Method B or Method C

Method A: Bank draft in lieu of the following account:

7.a) delegates/delegations need to mention their names and credentials at the back of the deposit slip.

7.b) Send your deposit slip by post at the following address:

Method B:

8.a)The delegates need to pay or deposit the money in this account. They need to post the deposit slip to the address that is already mentioned on the website. They should also write their credentials on a separate paper. It should have the name of the delegation and the name of the Head Delegate and their institute.

8.b)For individuals they need to mention their name, their committee and the name of their institute.

9. Delegates should complete their payment procedure within 7 days, after confirmation of registration has been dispatched.

8.a) On Spot payment will not be accepted.

9. The final payment deadline is December 15th, 2016. Failing to meet the deadline will lead to cancellation of registration.

10. No changes/additions will be allowed to be made in the registration form after deadline.

11. Each delegation will be composed of a maximum of 12 delegates.
b. The minimum number of delegates allowed to register in a delegation is 8.
c. The number of observers allowed per delegation is 2.
*Registration Fees is non-refundable.

TIMELINE FOR REGISTRATION

November 30th, 2016– First Round of Delegate Applications closes

December 15th, 2016 – First payment deadline for delegates/teams

January 10th, 2017 – Second Round of Delegate Applications closes

January 15th, 2017 – Second payment deadline for delegates/teams

CONFERENCE FEE:

Delegation fee: Rs. 2500

Delegate fee (In a delegation): Rs. 2000

Individual Delegate fee = Rs. 2500

Observer fee: Rs. 2500

International Delegation fee: $ 100

International Delegate Fee: $ 50

International Observer Fee: $ 100
