Kindly go through the following instructions before filling out the online registration form or before submitting any queries related to the registration process.

The registration process will be held online only! Follow us for more information regarding Registration process on:




  • Each institute can register up to 3 teams
  • Each delegation can have 5-7 delegates
  • Delegates from Forman Christian College are not allowed to the conference
  • Any delegation sending their payments later than 5th January will be charged with a late registration delegate fee
  • The FORMUN Registration Department reserves the right to accept or reject any delegation. The final say in this matter rests with the Registration Department and may not be contested by the delegation(s)
  • Only delegations with complete payment status will be allotted countries and committees
  • Once registration of delegate details and payment is completed, the deposit slips have to be uploaded on to the payment form with the same email address registered on the delegation registration form.
  • The final decision of country and committee allotment rests with the FORMUN Registration Department. However, please bear in mind that priority will be given to teams with complete payment status


Phase 1:

Early Bird Registration (Starts 20/10/2018 & Ends 20/11/2018) – Last Date to submit fee for early bird Registration is 26/11/2018

Delegation Fee Structure:

Delegate Fee: 2000 PKR – Delegation Fee: 2500 PKR

Individual Delegate Fee Structure:

Delegate Fee: 3000 PKR

Phase 2: 

Regular Registration (Starts 21/11/2018 & Ends 01/01/2019) – Last date to submit fee for Regular Registration is 05/01/2019

Delegation Fee Structure:

Delegate Fee: 2500 PKR – Delegation Fee: 2500 PKR

Individual Delegate Fee Structure:

Delegate Fee: 3000 PKR


PAYMENT Methods:

Method A:

The account is in HBL.

The delegates need to pay or deposit the money in this account. They need to post the deposit slip to the address that is already mentioned on the website. They should also write their credentials on a separate paper. It should have the name of the delegation and the name of the Head Delegate and their institute.

On Spot payment will not be accepted.

Delegates should complete their payment procedure within 7 days, after confirmation of registration has been dispatched.

No changes/additions will be allowed to be made in the registration form after deadline.

*Registration Fees is non-refundable.
